Description: The Rural Three for Tobacco Free Communities is a three county coalition of local organizations and individuals committed to encouraging a tobacco free environment. The coalition includes members from Delaware, Otsego and Schoharie counties from agencies such as local health departments and other organizations. Representatives from the New York State Department of Health, American Cancer Society and American Lung Association are also active members.
